Polls Patamde is a mobile application and web service that allows teachers and content creators to:

  • Upload quiz PDFs for AI-powered question extraction using Google Gemini AI
  • Create interactive polls on YouTube Live broadcasts via the YouTube Data API v3
  • Schedule automatic poll delivery for upcoming live streams
  • Track poll results and participant engagement with Fastest Finger First gamification
  • Store and manage quiz sets for reuse across multiple live sessions

Our Service uses YouTube API Services to interact with your YouTube channel. We access only the data necessary to provide polling functionality on your live broadcasts.

3. User Accounts

  • You must have a valid Google account to use our Service
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account

Our Service relies on YouTube API Services to provide its core functionality. By using Polls Patamde, you acknowledge and agree that:

To create polls on YouTube Live, your channel must:

  • Be verified and in good standing with YouTube
  • Have live streaming enabled
  • Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not be subject to any YouTube strikes or restrictions that prevent live streaming

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free trial is available for 7 days from first login
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

Polls Patamde offers the following subscription tiers (all prices in INR):

  • Free Trial: 7 days, 1 channel, 5 PDF uploads/month, up to 20 questions/PDF, 3 stored quiz sets
  • Basic: ₹149/month, 1 channel, 30 PDF uploads/month, up to 50 questions/PDF, 10 stored quiz sets
  • Pro: ₹299/month, 1 + brand accounts, 100 PDF uploads/month, up to 100 questions/PDF, 50 stored quiz sets, auto poll sender
  • Max Pro: ₹499/month, 1 + brand accounts, 200 PDF uploads/month, up to 200 questions/PDF, 100 stored quiz sets, auto poll sender
  • Unlimited: ₹999/month, 1 + brand accounts, unlimited PDF uploads, unlimited questions/PDF, unlimited stored quiz sets, auto poll sender

Prices are subject to change. Active subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

8. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific limits on:

  • Number of YouTube channels
  • PDF uploads per month
  • Questions per PDF
  • Stored quiz sets

Exceeding these limits may require upgrading to a higher tier.

9. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or create content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Service

10. AI-Generated Content

Questions extracted by our AI are for your personal use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of extracted content before using it in polls.

11. Limitation of Liability

Airflute Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • YouTube API changes, quota limitations, or service disruptions
  • Loss of data due to user error
  • Inaccuracies in AI-extracted content
  • Actions taken by YouTube on your channel (strikes, restrictions, etc.)
  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
